MEET THE OWNER Terry Bridgeman is a tax preparer currently located in Houston, TX. Although originally from South Bend, Indiana, Terry moved to Texas to pursue his college career in 1990. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Lamar University in 1992. After many years working as a parole officer, and even winning Parole Officer of the Year in 2004, he decided to quit his 9 to 5 job to create his own business. Inspired by his 3 children Brandon, Kobe, and Tamia, he named his business KBT. This was done to remind him of his goal - to create financial stability for the most important people in his life. Now, almost 20 years later, Terry continues to offer tax preparation and many other services to the people of Houston. |
I enjoy preparing taxes because it gives me the opportunity to provide a service to people that they might otherwise fear. Taxes can be scary or dreadful, no one wants to owe the IRS. Being a tax preparer allows me to alleviate some of those fears. |
